Oktoberfest Frisco was another huge success over the weekend.  Thank you to all who came out to have a beir with us.  We all had a great time and the weather in Frisco was picture perfect.  We’d like to thank all of our sponsors who helped to make this year’s event happen: Paulaner, Town of Frisco, Tents & Events, The Mountain KSMT, and Best Western Lake Dillon Lodge.  And, of course, we really appreciated the hard work of all our volunteers!  You guys did a terrific job and made sure everyone had a great time.

Welcome to Oktoberfest!

I’m your host Andy Grogger.  I  was born and raised in Austria and then moved on to Munich, Germany.    That’s my family crest you see on our header.  It was there that I learned the craft of ice sculpting from the European Masters.   For several years, I worked at the Munich Oktoberfest and managed one of the beer tents.

Since coming to America, I have enjoyed sharing my heritage with my friends.   I bring my love of the music, food and culture to host the most authentic Oktoberfest west of Munich.  Come join me in Frisco, CO where we will dance a polka, drink a stein and eat a brat all in the traditional Oktoberfest style.

Some would say, Oktoberfest is about the beer and we will surely quench their thirst.  We will feature beer from Germany’s finest brewery – Paulaner.  My popular catering company Andy’s Kitchen will be preparing all of the food.  Besides Brats, you can look forward to schnitzel and Knödel too!

If you’re looking for an extreme Oktoberfest experience join in on the Liter Stein Holding and Leg Wrestling Contests.  Or, try your skill with a hammer & nail.  It’s not as easy as you think to drive a nail into a log. These are all the things I knew from the best festivals in Austria & Germany.  I hope you will come and have some fun too!
